Refund policy

No Questions Asked Return - Within first 3 days of receiving order you can return the item, and we won't ask you why! Item should be in its original condition and all you have to do is just courier it back to us at the address given below.

After 3 days you can replace or return items as below:

Replace: Any product can be replaced with another similar item if there is a discrepancy in the size or defect in the item within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return/Refund: Any item can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be torn or not in a wearable condition when delivered. As a proof of that, it is advised to record a video of unpacking. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception (preferably record the video of unpacking) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
